Peter was always ready to communicate...when he could catch me! He always listened to and accommodated our wishes.We were always informed and involved in the process; and Peter was very helpful in coaching me on the functionality of the site. There are still a few improvements to make but only on content - again my end has delayed this. There are several elements that were the idea of the designer - all good additions to the site. Complications? I dont think we really had any!

Excellent communications via phone or e-mail. Dealt with complications caused by having to change the business name half way through the process, exceptionally well, and showed great patience with my lack of web design skills. Corrections to the Welsh translation were accepted with good grace.
